By accessing or using teemeup.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses the Service.

2. Description of the service

teemeup.ai is an AI-powered golf planning platform that helps users discover golf courses, check tee-time availability, receive personalised recommendations, and complete bookings through connected partner networks. The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis and is currently in early access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Account registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@teemeup.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Bookings and third-party partners

When you book a tee time through teemeup, the booking contract is between you and the relevant golf course or booking platform (such as GolfNow, Chronogolf, or TeeOff). teemeup acts as a facilitator and is not a party to that contract. Cancellation, refund, and no-show policies are set by the course or booking partner and are displayed at the time of booking.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without prior written consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the Service.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

7. AI-generated content

Course recommendations, weather assessments, and scheduling suggestions are generated by AI and provided for informational purposes only. teemeup does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability. Always confirm details directly with the course before travelling.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software in the Service are owned by teemeup.ai or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, teemeup.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed tee times, incorrect recommendations, or booking errors.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting hello@teemeup.ai.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal proceedings.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
